Why should I use Creditline Financial?

Could I reclaim the PPI myself?

Yes. There is no reason why with enough time and tenacity you would not be successful. However, we would urge you to use a professional company to act on your behalf, who have the experience to obtain the maximum settlement for you and also have excellent legal backing.

How much is it going to cost?

We operate on a NO WIN, NO FEE basis and won’t charge you a penny unless we win on your behalf. If we are successful our fees are 25% + VAT of the total amount recovered.

Do you charge upfront fees?

No.

Can I make more than one claim?

Yes. Most people have had several loans and credit cards with Payment Protection Insurance (PPI) in the last 6 years, even if they were settled. Please check your agreements and if you’re not sure call us and we will help you.

Can I still claim if I have already claimed on the insurance?

How long does it take?

Most claims are resolved within 8-12 weeks. This depends on the complexity of your claim and in some cases settlements are made more quickly.

How much will I get?

An average claim is £2,400. Cost of PPI is approximately 20% of your loan. On a £10,000 loan you may be able to claim around £2,000. We will obtain the full amount of the PPI + Interest + statutory 8% interest that would be awarded by the courts.

What if I’m not sure if I had PPI with my loan?

Will I need to attend court?

For the majority of cases we will send your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service. And there will be no need to attend court.

Can I still claim if my loan has been paid off?

Yes. If your loan was paid off more than six years ago it will help if you have a copy of the agreement. Although the chances of success are greatly reduced.
