Acknowledging your complaint

We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days.

Investigating your complaint

Your complaint will be investigated by our compliance officer. We aim to resolve your complaint in writing within 14 days, giving you reason for our decision.

Should we not be able to send you a final response within 14 days, we will contact you and explain why. We will then issue our final decision within the next 4 weeks.

Informing you of our decision

We will write to you with a full account of our internal investigation and of our decision. If you remain unhappy you can report your complaint to the Ministry of Justice, whose details are available on their website: www.claimsregulation.go.uk.
